Student Residence – Rates & Payment Options

The following fees are applicable to the 2021/2022 terms. Rates apply to full-time students enrolled at George Brown College. Residence fees include all utilities, phone (with local calling), cable television, internet access, and a fully furnished suite.

Students may apply for The George before they are accepted into their program as your residence application is separate from your College application. Please note, if you are not accepted into your program and wish to cancel your residence application you must do so before June 15th, 2021 in order to receive a refund of your $475.00 deposit. To cancel or withdrawal simply log onto My Housing Portal and go to "Cancellation Request" tab at the top.

ACADEMIC YEAR FALL/WINTER TERM 2021 (SEPTEMBER 4, 2021 TO APRIL 23, 2022)

PAYMENT OPTION 1

$10,300 due June 15, 2021

PAYMENT OPTION 2 (INCLUDES $125 ADMINISTRATION FEE): 

$6,100 due June 15, 2021
$4,325 due November 5, 2021.

PAYMENT OPTION 3 (INCLUDES $175 ADMINISTRATION FEE):

$4,650 due June 15, 2021
$3,625 due September 24, 2021
$2,200 due January 28, 2022

PAYMENT METHODS

Please do not pay your Residence fees at the College as your George Brown College tuition account is separate from your Residence Account. Residence fees are only accepted either through your My Housing Portal, online banking, via mail, wire transfer, or in person.
