Strategic Project Portfolio Management

The Strategic Project Portfolio team connects the institutional mandate and vision to transformational programs and projects, building momentum and delivering substantial progress toward the strategic priorities. The team provides leadership on ambitious, college-wide initiatives, and oversees management of the entire portfolio, including: 

  • Assessing and promoting project management maturity
  • Creating a project culture
  • Integrating processes and systems institution-wide
  • Ensuring college-wide project quality
  • Managing resources across projects and portfolios
  • Project portfolio management
