George Brown Polytechnic is located on the traditional territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation and other Indigenous peoples who have lived here over time. We are grateful to share this land as treaty people who learn, work and live in the community with each other.
The residence offers a number of services, and provides a direct link to all George Brown Polytechnic facilities. We are proud to offer services that include, but are not limited to:
- 24 Hour front desk staff for questions, sign ins, lock outs, payments and more
- Connections with all GBC resources, including but not limited to Counselling Services, Peer Mentor +, and Career Services
- Bi-weekly housekeeping/cleaning of your washroom and kitchenette!
- Access to indoor bike storage
- Parking hosted by a third-party vendor available on-site (limited availability, for further information, contact the residence).
- Large patio with BBQ facilities
- On-site pay-per use laundry machines
- Free equipment sign out for table tennis, pool table and games room
- Media lounges and study areas
- On-site George Brown Polytechnic Security providing 24 hour controlled access
- Free use of on-site fitness room
- The brand new Downtown Toronto Cooperage YMCA is located beside the residence
