Our values inform how we teach, learn, work, and research. They represent the essence of our George Brown community and what we strive to achieve.

They are more than aspirational; they are practical tools that will help inform our actions and decision-making.

We launched a listening campaign in October 2023 and heard from 1,200 students and 800 employees. Feedback from our community shaped the development of the latest version of our values.

Employees can visit the Values section on GBCommunity for toolkits and other resources.
