You’ve accepted your offer. What happens next?

Key next steps after accepting your offer:

  1. Conditional Offers:

If your Offer of Admission is conditional, make sure you submit all the documents specified in your offer letter by the deadline date. Offers will be revoked if the required documents are not received.
  2. Visit your Application Summary page:

You can do this by logging into STU-VIEW. Here you can access your invoice, placement testing, registration information, and view any potential transfer credits that have been pre-assessed.
  3. Paying Your Fees:

Be sure to pay your fees by the deadline dates stated in your registration letter and invoice. A non-refundable tuition deposit is required by the due date in order to hold your place in the program. If you are anticipating receiving OSAP and Better Jobs Ontario funding, the funds are typically released after the start of classes, and as such, you may need to pay this deposit before you get your OSAP funds.
  4. Placement Tests:

Complete any required placement tests to help us place you into the appropriate English and/or Math course(s) necessary for your program. Please note that not all students are required to complete a placement assessment; the college will notify you, if it is necessary.
  5. Registering:

Registration is staggered over two to three weeks, and students of each program are given a different registration start date and time. Check out our Important Dates page to find out when the registration dates will be posted on STU-VIEW as well as other key upcoming key dates and deadlines.
  6. Apply for any transfer credits (course exemptions):

You may apply for transfer credits for possible equivalent courses you completed at a previous institution.
  7. Register for your courses:

Once the registration window is open for your program, you can register by logging into STU-VIEW.
