Experiencing IT problems?

We experienced an IT system outage a few weeks ago. Most college systems are up and running as usual, but if you do experience a technical problem, you can find help with the following options:
- Call the 24/7 Help Desk at 416-415-5000 ext. 4357 (HELP)
- Start a Tech Help Live Chat with a rep from the Library Learning Commons.
- Email the Help Desk at email@example.com.
You can also call the Contact Centre for support at 416-415-2000 or 1-800-265-2002.
George Brown College provides students and staff with free access to Office 365—a tool that allows you to create, edit and share documents and projects in real time and on the go.
Access to Office 365 including OneDrive is available to currently registered students and up to 1 year after your last registered course.
The service can be used on your PC or Mac and on your Android, iOS or Windows device. With your account, you can install the Office 365 application on up to five devices.

Students and staff can access Office 365 with your George Brown College login credentials.

With Office 365, George Brown users can access the most up-to-date versions of well-known Microsoft programs, including:
No need for a USB key
You'll receive one terabyte (TB) of storage and sharing, and email with a 50 gigabyte (GB) mailbox.
Please note that Office 365 saves documents to a cloud-based Microsoft server that is not the George Brown College server.
