Microsoft 365 Access Including OneDrive

Main Content

George Brown Polytechnic provides students and staff with free access to Microsoft 365—a tool that allows you to create, edit, and share documents and projects in real time and on the go.

Access to Microsoft 365, including OneDrive, is available to currently registered students and up to 1 year after your last registered course.

The service can be used on your PC or Mac and on your Android or iOS device. With your account, you can install the Microsoft 365 application on up to five devices.

Accessing Microsoft Teams for virtual classes

The following instructions are for accessing Microsoft Teams, but the same goes for any Microsoft app, just with the appropriate link. Searching in your device's app store should bring them up.

All George Brown classes will be in Microsoft Teams as of January 2026. To find your virtual classes, visit Brightspace, the Learning Management System we use. Within each course, there will be a Microsoft Education tab that includes all relevant class links.
