WAVE Client Services Reception

A female receptionist is behind the counter helping an elderly visitor into the office.

The WAVE Dental Clinic will open patient registrations on Wednesday, August 5th and will open for client treatments in the Fall.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, anyone attending the Clinics must have a confirmed appointment and must pass a COVID-19 screening process prior to entering the building.

What is the WAVE Client Services Reception?

Clients visiting WAVE clinics must go to the Client Services Reception desk to register, book future appointments, and pay for services before a scheduled appointment.
Students will greet clients at the reception area and will escort them to their specific treatment area.

Please note that all WAVE services should be booked through the WAVE Client Services Reception. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.

Full payment is required before your appointment begins. Denturism client must pay their accounts in full before receiving their complete dentures.

Payment options include Visa, Mastercard, Amex, debit card and cash. Fees are in effect as of September 2019. Fees are subject to change.
