Did you know that GBC Counselling Services has a variety of self-guided videos that you can access 24/7?

Our webinar topics include how to deal with loneliness, fostering healthy relationships and how to get a good night’s sleep.

But that’s not all — you will also find mindfulness videos on topics such as mindful walking, body scan practice and compassionate movement.

For a virtual, social experience, consider attending our live Mindfulness Skills and Healthy Thinking Group that take place every Wednesday until August 9 on Zoom from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m.
