We provide a range of programming options to support student mental health, foster connections and develop life skills. Check out the options below for details.

Community Club

A space for students to learn from one another, with a focus on hope, empowerment, possibility and connection. Students design the courses and lead the learning, helping each other through conversation, videos and other media.

Wellness Workshops

Our Wellness Workshop course is dedicated to enhancing student mental health. Recognizing and managing emotions, self-care for mental health, and tips and tricks for building resilience are looked at.

Calm Zone

Calm Zone

Remove yourself from the pressure of school, work and life. Come draw, meditate or engage in quiet conversation. Our lower sensory space is designed to provide a touchpoint for your college experience and provide you with mentors who are there to create connections to various college services and off-campus resources. 

Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
