Chef Whites (uniform) are mandatory for all Culinary students regardless of the program – this also includes students in any of the Baking & Pastry programs. The total uniform will cost approx. $300.00. The uniform, with the Chef School logo, is available in the Campus Stores.
The bookstore is also a source for professional equipment required in the program.
Over and above the uniform, black steel-toed, non-slip safety shoes are also mandatory for all Culinary students.
Students will not be allowed in the classroom without the proper uniform and shoes.
