News and Important Dates

The striking blue, yellow and white design provides an exciting visual introduction to convocation celebrations for graduates and guests. It’s also a great backdrop for photos (share with #GBConvo)!

"Convocation stands as the pinnacle of the academic year, a momentous occasion in higher education," said Dr. Gervan Fearon, George Brown College President. "It is a time of proud celebration, shared by our upcoming graduates, their loved ones, our esteemed faculty, and dedicated employees."

George Brown College (GBC) Chef School students Negus King and Sabina Lee delivered impressive performances at the event in Québec City on May 30 and 31, winning gold in cooking and silver in baking.
