Biography

As Executive Director, Strategic Integration and Transformation, Sarah Peake leads efforts to streamline and enhance the end-to-end student experience. Collaborating with divisions and departments across the college, including Student Success, Academic Excellence, the Registrar’s Office, and the President’s and Provost’s offices, she leads changes that align with George Brown College’s strategic commitments and Vision 2030 goals. 

Sarah works to establish and advance operable frameworks and processes related to academic quality and student success. This includes program optimization, credential diversification, global engagement, quality assurance and assessment, strategic enrolment management, and student experience. She also acts as an advisor to the Provost, Vice-President, Students and Senior Student Success Officer, and the Registrar and Associate Vice-President, Strategic Enrolment.  

Before coming to George Brown, Sarah was Associate Dean, Flexible Learning, at Humber College, where she facilitated the development of innovative approaches to flexible learning and cross-collaborations to quality assure continuous professional learning. Sarah developed Humber’s micro-credentials strategy and a collaborative framework for transforming continuing education at the college. 

Sarah was also Associate Registrar, Enrolment Services at Humber, the Manager of Admissions at Sheridan College, Director of Admissions at Wycliffe College at the University of Toronto, and Program Manager at Georgian College. She has more than 20 years of experience in the post-secondary sector. 

Sarah earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History from the University of Toronto and a Master of Arts in Higher Education and Leadership from Royal Roads University and is a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner.
