We are challenged by growing diversity in our population, yet some people are not given adequate opportunities to develop, on a conscious level, the skills to successfully handle and manage the challenges resulting from cross-cultural dealings which often result in miscommunication, misunderstanding and ultimately conflicts. The goal of the Cultural Intelligence coaching session is to increase awareness of cultural diversity and to help students understand how cultural backgrounds and values, impact how they communicate, behave and interact with others.
