In anticipation of International Women’s Day, the Centre for Construction & Engineering Technologies (CCET) has established a new scholarship to support female students studying full-time in construction, skilled trades or engineering programs at George Brown College. Starting in the 2021-2022 academic year, $1000 will be granted annually to two female students that demonstrate a passion for the field through in-class work, various projects, and research.

Despite recent advances, women are still largely underrepresented in construction, skilled trades and engineering fields. This scholarship will help support women seeking to enter the industry and emphasize the growing opportunities available to women after graduation.
Tax receipts will be issued by the Foundation and 100% of your donation will go directly to support the scholarship.
