Limberlost Place: News, Images & Videos

Main Content

Construction is underway on Limberlost Place, and the building is set to welcome students in January 2025.

We’re working with partners Moriyama Teshima Architects, Acton Ostry Architects, PCL Construction and others to construct this innovative and sustainable building.

News and Announcements

George Brown College (GBC) took a huge step forward in addressing what the United Nations calls "the defining issue of our time" with the launch of the Brookfield Sustainability Insititute (BSI), a first-of-its-kind, college-based centre of excellence in Ontario to tackle challenges posed by climate change.

We’re getting ready to launch a climate-change solutions hub, work continues with our mass-timber building Limberlost Place, and we’re working with industry on waste-reduction research.
