George Brown Polytechnic is located on the traditional territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation and other Indigenous peoples who have lived here over time. We are grateful to share this land as treaty people who learn, work and live in the community with each other.
Make industry connections as you train
You won’t just get a degree at George Brown Polytechnic, you’ll be mentored by some of the industry’s best chefs. This will help you develop your technical skills, creativity and signature flair as a chef.
George Brown Chef School students are recognized by the industry as some of the best, and George Brown is perceived by GTA-based employers as the GTA college that produces the highest quality graduates with the skills they value most.
