The George Brown College Foundation is committed to transparency, accountability, and responsible stewardship of donor contributions. Through strong governance practices, financial oversight, and ethical fundraising standards, the Foundation ensures that charitable gifts are managed responsibly and directed toward supporting student success and increasing access to education. 

 Our governance framework helps maintain donor confidence while advancing the Foundation's mission of supporting George Brown Polytechnic students through scholarships, bursaries, awards, and other initiatives.

How the Foundation Is Governed 

Board of Directors 

The Foundation is guided by a volunteer Board of Directors that provides leadership and oversight to advance the Foundation’s mission and goals.
