  • Sumit your request to access the request form

Confirmation of Enrolment for OSAP

If you are an OSAP recipient, your enrolment will be automatically confirmed at the start of each semester. You do not need to request a confirmation of enrolment letter.  Please visit OSAP – Ontario Student Assistant Program for more information.

RESP and CPP Form Requests

Current domestic student may request that the Office of the Registrar sign and stamp their Registered Savings Plan (RESP) or Canada Pension Plan Declaration of Attendance (CPP) form:
