The graduate demonstrates the ability to:

- Administer and facilitate the performance management program.
- Coordinate and support the development, implementation and evaluation of employee orientation, training and development programs.

The Business Administration – Human Resources three-year advanced diploma program provides you with an in-depth understanding of human resources management, giving you a competitive advantage in today’s people-centred workplaces. The business world is changing fast, and organizations know that their greatest asset is their employees –and the need for talented HR professionals is greater than ever. The Business Administration – Human Resources three-year advanced diploma program will give you everything you need to break into this exciting and in-demand field.
Here are some skills you’ll be able to show off after completion of the Business Administration – Human Resources program:
- designing human resources policies and programs
- attracting, retaining and developing a productive workforce
- managing diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives in the workplace
- ensuring the health and safety of employees
- advising on employee and labour relations
