Course Description: This course is designed to provide fundamental skills and techniques of baking and pastry arts, through a series of demonstrations and Professor directed laboratory classes. Each student will practice and produce a variety of baked goods and patisserie items, building a solid foundation of essential skills and knowledge required by today's industry.
