Once you’ve received your Offer of Classroom Training, you can complete the Apprenticeship Application for Admission form. You must attach your apprenticeship offer to the admission form. Training seats are available on first-come, first-served basis, followed by a waitlist. Please refer to our Apprenticeship Registration for more information.

• If you miss your registration, you will need to contact your Ministry representative to change the start date for a new upcoming session.
