If you have access to STU-VIEW, please login and navigate to Request Official Documents card and click on "Submit A Request" link. Click SAML to log in (do not enter your GBP username and password).
If you do not have access to STU-VIEW, please fill out the Academic Records Request Form for Former Students.
The Academic Records office will process your request in 3-4 business days.
Your official transcript— which includes all of your courses and programs completed at GBP — will be issued electronically via the MyCreds™ platform. When processed, current students and recent graduates will receive a notification in their firstname.lastname@georgebrown.ca email and alumni and former students will receive a notification in their most recent personal email address on file with George Brown.
Once you receive your email, follow these instructions to access your transcript:
- You must register on MyCreds™ using the email address to which the notification was sent.
- You must log in to your MyCreds™ account to view and share your transcript. A non-refundable fee of 15.00+tax is charged each time you share a copy of your transcript.
