Program Overview

In the Business Administration – Project Management three-year advanced diploma program, you'll learn everything you need to know to manage projects like a pro. We’ll teach you how to handle project scope and change, project control, project staffing and risk management. Plus, you’ll learn how to motivate your team and set goals, use project management tools, and more. Graduates can look forward to a wide range of careers involving project management.

Whether you’re working as a project manager or just incorporating project management principles into your work, as a graduate of the Business Administration – Project Management three-year advanced diploma program, you’ll be well-prepared to succeed.

Here are some skills you’ll be able to show off after completion of the Business Administration – Project Management program:

  • Evaluating how an organization’s project management affects its HR, management, financial and business strategies and practices.
  • Creating and executing project plans, managing trade-offs and responding promptly to issues and opportunities.
  • Using accounting and financial skills to manage projects effectively.
  • Collaborating professionally and respectfully with teams and stakeholders, valuing diversity.

Fourteen business programs have earned international recognition from the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP).
