Through articulation agreements with several universities, you may be eligible to enter a range of degree programs with advanced standing.

As part of this program, you will complete a broad curriculum that includes courses in the arts, humanities, social sciences and sciences. You will also choose two liberal studies electives to expand your knowledge, strengthen your critical thinking and develop your analytical skills.

The Community Worker diploma program prepares students to work for progressive social change with organizations, communities, and individuals across a range of issues, including but not limited to health, poverty, housing, discrimination, food justice, immigration, and refugee settlement.

Graduates of this program are eligible to apply for the RSSW (Registered Social Service Worker) designation from the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.

The Community Worker (Accelerated) diploma program prepares you to work with organizations, communities and individuals to advance social change and address issues such as poverty, housing, legal rights, discrimination, food justice, immigration and refugee settlement.

Designed for applicants who already hold a diploma or degree, this accelerated stream is a condensed version of the two-year Community Worker (C101) program.

Graduates are eligible to apply for registration as a Registered Social Service Worker (RSSW) with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).

The Social Service Worker diploma program combines classroom learning with field experience (work-integrated learning) to help you build the knowledge and skills you need for professional practice. You will study theoretical models and approaches to practice while developing practical skills in group facilitation, mental health support, social innovation, and anti-oppressive practice. While the program is delivered primarily in person, select courses offer online sections to enhance accessibility.

Graduates of this program are eligible to register with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).

The Social Service Worker (Accelerated) diploma program provides an intensive pathway to a career in the social and community services sector. You will explore the theoretical models, group facilitation, mental health support, values, ethics and professional practice, and anti-oppressive practice. While the program is primarily classroom-based, select courses offer online sections to increase accessibility.

This accelerated program is open to applicants who hold a diploma or degree in s social service, community service or related field.

Graduates of this program are eligible to register with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).

The Social Service Worker - Gender Based Violence (SSW-GBV) diploma program combines classroom learning with field experience to teach you the skills you need to succeed. You will study theoretical models and approaches to practice while developing skills in group facilitation, mental health supports, social innovation, and anti-oppressive practice.

This program is primarily delivered in person, with online sections available for select courses to provide greater flexibility and access.

Graduates of this program are eligible to register with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).

The Health Information Management two-year diploma program prepares you to participate in the collection, organization and management of health information across a variety of health care settings. You will develop the knowledge and practical skills needed to work as a health information practitioner, supporting the quality, accuracy and security of health records.

The Office Administration – Health Services program will help you develop the specialized skills needed to work in a variety of health care settings. You’ll learn relevant technological skills like computer applications and specialized software, medical terminology, clinical and office procedures, effective oral and written communication skills and other competencies such as teamwork and customer service.

The practice-oriented and hands-on Orthotic/Prosthetic Technician program will teach you to be competent with many hand tools and specialized machines used in the fabrication of orthotic and prosthetic devices.

George Brown Polytechnic's Practical Nursing program will teach you the foundational skills required to work as a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) in Ontario. Following successful completion of this program, you will be eligible to write the Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) Registration Examinations – two qualifying examinations required by the College of Nurses of Ontario.
