Mask Fit Test Certificate (must be valid for two years)
- All Nursing, Dental and Chef School students must be tested for an appropriate qualitative mask fit test (respirator). All costs and service fee are responsibility of the student.
- The following organizations currently offer the mask fit test. They are not affiliated with the College and are provided for reference purposes only:
- You can also book it either with ParaMed or your workplace or at any third-party organization available in your area.
- Please make sure that you get fitted for 3M N95 model as it is widely use and supplied by most of our placement agency partners such as hospitals, Long-Term Care, and other health care setting.
- Your mask fit test certificate card must clearly indicate the issue and expiry date, mask model, type and size and valid every two years. Should you have any questions, please contact us directly.
