Biography

Dr. Svergun is an experienced executive manager and educator specializing in HR Analytics, Strategic HR Management, HR Planning and Organizational Behaviour.  Having 15+ years’ experience in Senior Management roles, she implemented HR Analytics and strategic HR Planning in her client organizations, as well as coached professionals and executives across several industries preparing them for change management initiatives and business improvement projects. Her portfolio of industries includes public sector work, retail, mining and heavy industries, manufacturing and professional services. 
 
Her teaching promotes scientific-based and effective solutions helping organizations to improve their people management capacities. Oxana’s practically oriented teaching strategies build learners’ professional expertise and translate evidence-based concepts into effective action.
