Education Verification Request
Employers or third parties who require a verification of a student’s academic information must submit an Education Verification Request form.
A signed consent form is required to authorize the release of personal information. A fee of $20.00 per request (plus a minimal service fee) applies.

Student Records Request for Law Firms
Law firms requesting academic records for current or former students should contact the Privacy Office at privacy@georgebrown.ca.

George Brown Notice of Collection
George Brown Polytechnic (the “Polytechnic”) collects personal information under the authority of the Ontario Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology Act and in accordance with the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
The Polytechnic collects personal information for the purposes of administering its statutory objects and powers, programs, activities, and to carry out other services and functions. The Polytechnic will secure personal information securely and use it for such purposes as set out in the George Brown Notice of Collection.
