Biography

Minoo Selseleh, a George Brown Polytechnic alumnus, is a forward-thinking learner centred dedicated educator, applied researcher in human resources, people analytics, and inclusive organizational learning and development. She brings over two decades of Canadian and international experience across academia, industry, and the public sector. At George Brown Polytechnic, she teaches in the Human Resources and People Analytics programs and serves as Principal Investigator on research projects focused on generative AI, Universal Design for Learning (UDL), and equity in knowledge sharing.

Minoo holds two doctoral degrees, one in Public Administration and another (PhD ABD) in Human Resources Management from York University. Minoo has completed all requirements for her second PhD except her dissertation defense. She also holds multiple graduate credentials in HR and adult education, as well as professional designations including CHRP, CPHR, and CTDP. Widely recognized for her depth of expertise in people analytics, Minoo designs curriculum and research that combine advanced analytical techniques with equity-centered decision-making. Her work has been published in peer-reviewed journals and presented at leading academic conferences, including topics such as Universal Design for Learning, knowledge management, diversity, virtual work, as well as the use of generative AI in recruitment, selection, and job search.
