Biography

Nancy first joined the Centre for Business in 2020 and has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources and other business leadership roles.   Nancy has overseen organizational HR strategies and functions, facilitated Board Committees, and worked in all disciplines of Human Resources. She has worked across Canada in both English and French within Financial and Professional Services and has also partnered with clients in Latin America and the Caribbean. Clients consistently provide positive feedback on Nancy's ability to quickly build trust and understand the unique challenges of the business, culture, leaders, and employees she serves, making her recommendations both practical and effective. In several senior HR roles, she partnered with executive clients to drive talent management, risk management, data analytics, employee experience initiatives and process excellence through Six Sigma.
