Biography
Anuli Ausbeth-Ajagu is a human resources leader, board director, and educator with proven track record in driving organizational effectiveness, talent development, and transformational change. She serves as a professor at School of Management, where she began her role in January 2025. Anuli brings over 17 years of versatile, cross-sector experience spanning postsecondary education, consulting, and creative industries—making her a dynamic asset in both academic and applied business environments.
She holds the CHRL, and ICD.D designations and serves on several boards, including the College of Chiropractors of Ontario and the John Ware Institute. A PROSCI-certified change management practitioner and member of the Project Management Institute, Anuli has led complex projects by applying strong stakeholder engagement, problem-solving, and consulting skills to deliver sustainable results. At George Brown, she teaches People Analytics at the postgraduate level, empowering future HR leaders through AI-enhanced tools and critical thinking. Anuli is also a sought-after public speaker and a published author of fiction and prose. She is currently completing her Doctor of Business Administration at Royal Roads University, with research focused on Black immigrant entrepreneurship and social capital—exploring how inclusive pathways can shape the future of business scholarship and economic opportunity.
