Carla Moore receives King Charles III Coronation Medal
Carla Moore

Carla Moore, Professor, Centre for Business, has received a King Charles III Coronation Medal for her considerable contributions to the human resources and management community and her commitment to lifelong learning — both as a student and as an educator. Moore has served on several boards as a member and has chaired human resources and compensation committees.

Moore was awarded her medal on February 7, 2025, at a ceremony held at our Waterfront Campus. The event was hosted by the Hon. Paulette Senior.

“Providing service to my community is simply an everyday practice and commitment — whether it’s at a grassroots or leadership level,” said Moore. “I was pleasantly surprised, grateful and honoured to receive this award. I look forward to continuing to provide service within our broader community and here at the college, including with the Black Futures Initiatives (BFI).”

Congratulations to Professor Moore — and to our three other King Charles Coronation Medal recipients
