To change your legal name with George Brown, you must provide a legal name document by emailing it to the Registration Office at registration@georgebrown.ca. Acceptable documents include:

  • Marriage Certificate (for changes to your last name due to marriage)
  • Change of Name Certificate
  • Birth Certificate
  • Driver’s License

If you are an OSAP applicant or recipient and you have changed any personal or financial information at George Brown, you must inform the Financial Aid Office by emailing them the supporting documents at FinAid@georgebrown.ca.
