Unless your instructor has provided other instructions or platforms, online classes can be accessed through Brightspace, the Learning Management System (LMS) that the College uses. You will find all your course content, assignments, resources, and discussions there.
To log in to the George Brown Brightspace system, visit learn.georgebrown.ca and use the following credentials:
- GBC Username: studentID@georgebrown.ca
- GBC Password: current system password (that you use to log in to STU-VIEW)

There are two places where you can view your full course list. On the homepage, in the “My Courses” tab, click on “View All Courses.” You can also select the icon that looks like nine squares in the top menu for a drop-down list.
Important Notes:
- You can access your course starting on the first day of class.
- For support accessing your Brightspace account, email helpdesk@gerogebrown.ca and include your full name, student ID and the Course CRN or call 416-415-5000 ext. 4357.
