George Brown Polytechnic is located on the traditional territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation and other Indigenous peoples who have lived here over time. We are grateful to share this land as treaty people who learn, work and live in the community with each other.

If you are a post-secondary student, in most cases, you can add or drop your course through STU-VIEW, provided you do so within the deadline listed in the Important Dates. Follow these steps:
- Login to your STU-VIEW account
- Navigate to the Course Registration and Timetable card
- Select the 'Register for your Courses' link and follow the on-screen instructions to see your schedule.
- To add a course, select the course from your Course Registration List and add the course section that works with your schedule.
- To drop a course, scroll down to the Summary section. Find the course you wish to drop and in the Action column, select Drop Course and press submit.
Important Notes:
- You are encouraged to always seek Academic Advising from your academic department before dropping a course, as this could impact your program progression, registration status or OSAP funding.
- If you are on a Reduced Course Load (RCL), contact the Accessible Learning Services for advising before dropping a course, as this can impact your program progression or OSAP funding.
- Exceeding the standard course load for your program by registering for extra courses may result in additional tuition fees.
Continuing Education Students:
- If you are a Continuing Education (CE) student, go to Continuing Education to register for additional courses.
- If you wish to withdraw from a CE course, you must do so in writing by emailing cereg@georgebrown.ca. You cannot withdraw from CE courses via STU-VIEW.
