Our IT service for students can help you with many tech support issues, including setting up your GBP emailresetting your password, using college Wi-Fi, and installing AppsAnywhere.

If you’d prefer to ask questions in person, please visit a Library Learning Commons (LLC) Help Desk at one of the three main campuses: Casa Loma, St. James, and Waterfront. Looking for in-person help and want to skip the line? You can book an appointment at the library online, ahead of time, for help with the following issues:

  • MFA
  • Yubikey Distribution

Equipment Loans

GBP students can sign out a broad range of equipment from the Library Learning Commons, including

  • Laptops, tablets, and peripherals including keyboards
  • Charging cables, wall power chargers, and power banks
  • Audio-visual equipment such as camcorders, GoPros, and tripods
  • Virtual Reality headsets
