In this open, virtual, 10-week group, learn Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) skills to manage difficult emotions and communicate effectively in stressful times.

  • Begins on Tuesday, September 22 and runs every week until December 1, excluding Intersession Week.
  • Free and open to current students.
  • Students are welcome to join one or all sessions.

To join this group, you must book an intake appointment with a counsellor and let them know which group you're interested in. To request an appointment, either email letstalk@georgebrown.ca or book online through the Counselling Student Portal.
