The School of Behavioural Science at George Brown Polytechnic brings together industry leaders to shape program and course content. Many of the faculty at the college are still active in their industries today, so they combine day-to-day working realities with academic theories and approaches. FACULTY BIOS

Sarah Davis, M.S., BCBA, R.B.A. (Ont.) 

Sarah is currently completing her PhD in Child and Youth Studies at Brock University. Sarah is also a Registered Behaviour Analyst in Ontario with experience working with neurodiverse children and their families in community and clinical settings. In addition to her clinical work, Sarah actively conducts community-based research. Sarah’s clinical and research interests include the application of behaviour analysis in the areas of health, sport, and fitness. 

Jennifer Donnelly, M.ADS, BCBA, R.B.A. (Ont.)

Since 1999, Jennifer Donnelly has worked in the field of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA). She is the Coordinator and Professor for the Autism and Behavioural Sciences program and the Behavioural Science Technician Accelerated program at George Brown. She is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and a Registered Behaviour Analyst with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario. Jennifer began her career at George Brown Polytechnic in 2009.

Complementing her academic work, Jennifer delivers consultation, training, and workshops locally and internationally. Her area of expertise is working with children with developmental and childhood disorders, including autism, ADHD, and FASD. More recently, she has collaborated with Indigenous communities in Northern Ontario to provide specialized support and programming.

Ms. Donnelly brings extensive expertise in establishing and developing ABA divisions within organizations and creating ABA centres from the ground up. Her leadership in program design and implementation is demonstrated through successful projects in Ontario, France, and Switzerland, where she built comprehensive service models, trained teams, and ensured adherence to best practices in behaviour analysis. These initiatives have provided sustainable frameworks for delivering high-quality ABA services to diverse populations.

Ken Hamilton, M.Ed., BCBA

Ken Hamilton is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario. Over the past 30 years Ken has worked in various settings as a behaviour therapist, behaviour analyst, clinical director and college professor. Ken completed his Master’s at the Ontario Institute of Education (OISE), University of Toronto with a specialization in Developmental Psychology and Adaptive Instruction. Ken’s clinical interests have focused on developing systems of care for people with intellectual disability and behaviours that challenge, to enhance quality of life, and promote community inclusion.   

Marina Jiujias, MS, R.B.A. (Ont.), BCBA

Marina started her journey in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) as a student herself at George Brown in the Behavioural Science Technician (accelerated) program. Following this introduction, she earned a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from St. Cloud State University. She is a current Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO) and maintains her Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) designation with the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Marina has been a faculty member at George Brown since 2019.

Marina has 10 years of clinical experience working with individuals of varying ages, diagnoses, and abilities, in both a direct and supervisory capacity. Her clinical strengths include identifying unique ways for people to learn meaningful skills across home, school, and community-based settings, and supporting front-line therapists to provide high quality services to clients and their families.

Marina is passionate about providing the same high standard of education she experienced at George Brown to her current students. She enjoys applying the principles of behaviour analysis to teach important life skills to both her clients and her students, to help all learners she encounters become more self-sufficient, productive, and happy in their day to day lives.

Don Togade, Ph.D., BCBA-D, RBA (Ont.)

Dr. Togade is the Academic Program Coordinator and Professor in the Honours Bachelor of Behaviour Analysis Program at George Brown Polytechnic. He is also a Part-Time Professor in the ABA graduate program at University of Western Ontario and Brock University. Complementing his scholarly activities, Dr. Togade provides behaviour-analytic services to individuals with Autism, including training and behavioural management supports to families and agency staff with diverse backgrounds and needs. With passion for research and dissemination, he continues to explore and present topics such as early intervention for children with Autism, foreign language acquisition, stimulus equivalence, instructional design, mindfulness, creativity, performance management, self-management, diversity, inclusion, and equity. With utmost regard for community involvement, he plays an active, volunteer role in supporting a variety of special interests group’s mission of increasing awareness and representation, and advocating for equitable access to opportunities for minority groups, such as individuals with disabilities and members of the LGBTQ community. In his spare time, he enjoys taking care of his plants, hiking, running, playing volleyball and tennis, practicing yoga, studying astronomy and cosmology, and enjoying a nice meal with family and friends. Grateful to his roots, Dr. Togade was born and raised in the small town of Piat, in the province of Cagayan Valley, Philippines, and is a proud, naturalized Canadian.
