Biography

Sompa Roy is a proud George Brown Polytechnic alumna with a Master’s in International Relations and an Advanced Diploma in Business Administration (HR). She currently teaches the Work Experience Preparation course at GBC, where she helps students confidently step into the professional world. With prior teaching experience at college like NCT, she has delivered a wide range of courses—from Business Communication to Recruitment and Selection, Marketing, Organizational Behaviour, Industrial and Labor Relations, Canadian Occupational Health and Saftey, Compensation, and  EDI. Blending academic insight with real-world perspective,s he brings energy, empathy, and practical know-how to every classroom she steps into.
