Biography

Roger Cecchetto has been teaching partial load at George Brown Polytechnic since 2008. He has over 30 years of leadership experience grounded in the foundations of learning and development. His most recent corporate human resource’s role was as senior leadership consultant and coach and he is currently the owner of a consulting firm, Dynamic Directions Communications Group Inc. He has designed and facilitated numerous programs, workshops, and has delivered many keynotes on the topic of leadership. With a commitment to always “raising the leadership bar” both professionally and personally, he has coordinated the efforts of numerous business advisory groups, project teams and corporate efforts.
