Oxana Svergun is an experienced executive manager and educator specializing in organizational behaviour, human resources management and business ethics. During her 15+ years in senior management roles Oxana coached professionals and executives across several industries preparing them for change management initiatives and supporting their business improvement projects. Her portfolio of industries includes public sector work, retail, mining and heavy industries, manufacturing and professional services firms.

Oxana’s teaching transforms organizational research into positive professional practices promoting science-based and effective people management solutions that help organizations to improve their people management capacities.
