Biography

Mr. Klaes is a seasoned Portfolio Manager with over 18 years of experience with a strong background in project management, software development, business process re-engineering, and change management.

Over his career, he has led many multi-disciplinary work teams, delivering transformational projects for industries like Education, Oil and Gas, Mining, IT/Software Development, Telecommunications, Business Consulting, and the Public Sector.

Before that, he worked for 6 years in the Oil and Gas industry, leading projects in research and development (nanotechnology and subsea engineering), Oil Rig procurement, and other industry initiatives.
