Biography
Lynn Buckerfield has more than 15 years of experience as a practitioner and leader of human resource management in small, medium and large organizations. She has managed all human resource functions including recruitment and staffing, labour relations, compensation and benefits, succession planning, talent management, organizational development and training, and employee health and safety. Lynn’s professional expertise includes planning and executing organizational change and managing transition. Her background also includes teaching and curriculum development experience in corporate, post-secondary and community settings.
