Biography
Lili Vahamaki is a seasoned HR leader with over a decade of experience in human resources, primarily within small and medium-sized enterprises. She currently serves as the Director of Operations & HR at the Museum of Contemporary Art Toronto, where she oversees museum operations, strategic workforce planning, and organizational development. Lili brings a research-informed, equity-centered approach to her work, and has led major organizational restructurings and developed a comprehensive DEI improvement plan aligned with strategic goals. With a deep understanding of how organizations must evolve to meet shifting environmental and operational demands, Lili is skilled at identifying emerging needs and rapidly implementing solutions to support long-term sustainability and success.
