Biography

Indira Somwaru is an award-winning educator and accomplished HR executive with over 35 years of leadership experience in both corporate and academic settings. Her career has spanned key sectors including healthcare, real estate, and publishing, where she led complex HR initiatives, built inclusive cultures, and implemented strategic workforce programs.

n academia, she has taught at leading institutions including the University of Toronto, York University, Centennial College, Seneca College, Conestoga College, and George Brown Polytechnic.
