Biography

Bhola Nath Saha came to teaching after a successful more than 25 years business career, primarily with global organizations. He held several positions including Director of Human Resources, Head of Human Resources, HR Manager, Compensation Manager and Project Lead. With both strategic HR and Operations experience, he specialized in Labour Relations, Talent Management/Organisational Development, Total Rewards Management and Project Management. In addition to his business experience, Bhola brings his passion for learning and his education includes MHRM from the York University, an MBA, and Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) and Adult Learning Certificate. Bhola has been teaching at George Brown Polytechnic since May 2017.
