Upon request, insurance for new George Brown students shall commence 30 days before the effective date stated on the application on file with the Insurance Administrator, provided the premium has been paid if the Insured Person arrives before such effective date. Early arrival covers acute conditions that require immediate assistance, hospital/ER, walk-in clinic, doctor visits, hospitalization but excluding pre-existing conditions.
