The Office of the Registrar
The Office of the Registrar provides academic and student support services from the moment of application through to convocation. It encompasses several departments: Academic Records, Domestic and International Admissions, Database and Scheduling, Enrolment Reporting, Financial Aid and Awards, and Registration.
Students can connect with the Office of the Registrar in a variety of ways:
- For Academic Records requests, including Official Transcripts, Credentials, Employment Verifications, and Confirmations of Enrolment: please visit our Transcripts, Credentials, Confirmations of Enrolment & RESP Requests page.
- Using the Office of the Registrar’s Virtual Service Desk students can connect with International Enrolment Services, Registration, Financial Aid, and Domestic Admissions.
- For course or program changes, please log into STU-VIEW. If you are unable to process your request through STU-VIEW, please submit an inquiry to the Registration department. Please note, all change requests must align with the college important dates.
