If you are a registered post-secondary student, you may request a Confirmation of Enrolment letter or request the Office of the Registrar to sign the Canada Pension Plan Declaration of Attendance form.
To request a Confirmation of Enrolment letter:
- Please complete the Academic Records Request form.
To request completion of the Canada Plan Declaration of Attendance form:
- Email the form to registration@georgebrown.ca. Please indicate if you would like to have the form filled out for a previous year(s).
- Pay the $15.00 processing fee (per form). Your request will not be processed until payment has been received.
- To make a payment, log into STU-VIEW and select the menu bar on the left
- In the search field, type Pay Fees to access the Payment Centre (Pay Fees) card
- Select the Pay Fees link and enter $15.00 under the correct term
