Program Learning Outcomes
- Lead product development lifecycles, from ideation to end-of-life, across organizational functions to meet business objectives within time, cost, and quality constraints.
- Perform data analysis of multiple product performance measures to assess business viability, balance costs and measure value.
- Develop a product delivery strategy that defines the direction and sets short-, medium--, and long-term milestones and objectives.
- Apply primary and secondary research methodologies to identify target markets, key stakeholders, and problem statements/needs that could be addressed by a new digital or engineered product
- Elicit functional and technical requirements for a proposed digital or engineered product to establish project goals and objectives and deliver tangible and measurable results.
- Collaborate with diverse groups to facilitate product ideation, development, marketing, implementation, support, and change.
- Implement personal and professional development plans to maintain currency in the technology field.
- Adhere to ethical standards of practice, laws, and regulations to ensure responsible and sustainable digital product development and deployment.
- Conduct analysis and perform design activities to define desirable, feasible and viable product capabilities.
