Virtual Service Desk

The fastest way to connect with the Office of the Registrar is by accessing our Virtual Service Desk.  Join the queue to connect with one of our representatives.

Services Available:

  • Registration:  We can help with adding or dropping courses from your timetable and answer questions about course load and fees.

Note: The Registration team does not provide academic advising for special timetables.  Please contact your academic centre. Once added by your department, the course(s) will be available for selection in STU-VIEW and will generate fees based on course hours within the deadline to add.

The Registration team cannot assist with admissions or international student issues, such as study permits or enrolment and graduation letters for international students.  Please choose the appropriate department to get support with those inquiries, Domestic Admissions or International Student Enrolment Services.
